Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange a size or product, don't worry! You can submit your request via email at support@2oceansfitwear.com.

Deadlines:

  • Purchases in Peru: within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

Requirements for your change to be accepted:

  1. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, just as you received it.
  2. Must be shipped in its original packaging (including box or bag and label).
  3. The shipping cost for size changes will be borne by the customer.

No changes or returns apply to:

  • Products purchased in special promotions (e.g. 2 for 1, Cyber ​​Sale).
  • Washed clothes or clothes with signs of use.
  • Swimsuits for hygiene reasons.

If there is a defect or non-conformity: If the garment has a manufacturing problem or a shipping error, we will send you a new garment of your choice based on your needs.

Garment Reservation Policy

If the customer wishes to make a reservation for one or more items, they may deposit a minimum of S/ 10.00 (Ten with 00/100 Soles) or USD 3.00 (Three American Dollars) and must make the full payment for the purchase within a period of seven (07) business days.

Otherwise, Twoceans reserves the right to refund the money generated in reserve.

We are not responsible for any money paid in connection with the reservation.
