1) Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery throughout Metropolitan Lima. We only require a S/10 deposit to secure our vehicle's delivery. The remainder is due upon receipt of your order. We coordinate everything via WhatsApp with our advisors: +51 950 315 629.

2) Do you accept exchanges and returns?

3) How long does delivery take?

  • Metropolitan Lima: 24 business hours.
  • Provinces: 2 to 3 business days maximum.

4) How much does delivery to the provinces cost?

  • For Olva: S/10 (paid in advance).
  • By Shalom: The cost depends on the weight and is payable upon receipt at the agency.

5) How do I know what size to choose?

6) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Yape, Plin, bank transfers, cash on delivery (in Metropolitan Lima with S/10 advance) and credit cards (Mercado Pago)

7) Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. All of our products undergo quality control. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

8) Do you ship internationally?

To Peru and the United States, the price depends on the weight.
